📄️ Account
The account section is self service account configuration page for the Focus portal. It lets Super Users update or manage account level settings like forced comments, transcription or API access.
📄️ Retention
Amending retention settings can result in Data Loss. Please ensure you have read our helpful guide. If you are unsure or require clarification before making changes to your retention policy(ies) please raise a ticket to support.
📄️ Groups
The groups section under admin view, shows all groups set up within your organization. Groups allow segmentation (if a security group) by restricting access to content. The most granular access is always given to a user.
📄️ Reporting
The reporting solution within the Focus portal allows users to run reports for offline analysis or audit. The portal support both adhoc reports or schedule a report to run at a regular time. Please note this is a full list of reports, and dependant on your licensing some may not be visable.
📄️ Legal Hold
The Focus legal hold feature helps your organisation securely preserve call recordings when they are needed for legal, regulatory, or internal investigations. When a recording is placed on legal hold, it is protected from retention expiry, ensuring the original data remains intact for as long as required.
📄️ Endpoints
The admin view endpoints section, shows all endpoints provisioned against your organization.
📄️ Audit
The Audit screen allows you, to see all actions a user has taken from within the portal. On what page and if they were successful or not.
