Named Agent​

All named agents can be managed and created within the Aiphooria portal. Named agents can access the Transact application standard username/password combination.

Dynamic Agent​

When dynamic agent is enabled on your account and the agent is known to calling system, then their credentials provided via the query string.

  • username=myAgentUsername

This enbales a seemless capture experience without the need to authenticate.
