Overview

The Aiphoria API has been designed to be as simple to use as possible, while offering development teams maximum flexibility on language and internal workflows. Below is an overview of a typical workflow with the different options for responses detailed, all of the below API calls and workflows are detailed in the following sections of this document.

In addition to this, towards the end of the document full example projects are provided with detailed walkthroughs.

The below use case shows the full end to end process and could be used for full calls with a detailed diarized, word level timing response (referred to as “Batch”) or a simple two second snippet from a voice enabled IVR with an accurate transcript and tags returned in near real time (referred to as “Near Real Time”).

Real time, or live audio API requests are currently in beta this documentation will be updated once this services is ready for production.

The API is designed for power and flexibility, allowing a single request format to be customized for different needs. As a result you can create a single integration to handle any combination of transcription and analytics requests.
