Aiphoria siprec
Overviewβ
Aiphoria provides a robust SIPREC (Session Initiation Protocol Recording) solution that enables organizations to capture and store voice communications for compliance, quality assurance, and analytical purposes. Our SIPREC implementation follows the industry-standard RFC 7866 specification, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of SIP-based communication systems.
How SIPREC Worksβ
SIPREC operates as a one-way audio feed that captures voice communications in real-time. When a call is established, the Session Recording Client (SRC) - typically your PBX or SIP server - duplicates the media stream and sends it to our Session Recording Server (SRS). This process is completely transparent to end users and doesn't affect call quality or performance.
Key Featuresβ
- Real-time Recording: Captures audio streams as they occur, ensuring no missed conversations
- One-way Feed: Receives audio data without interfering with the original call flow
- Metadata Capture: Records call metadata including participants, timestamps, and call duration
- Standards Compliant: Fully compliant with RFC 7866 SIPREC specification
- Scalable Architecture: Handles high-volume recording scenarios with enterprise-grade reliability
- Secure Transmission: All audio streams are encrypted during transmission and storage
Getting Startedβ
Our SIPREC solution is designed to integrate seamlessly with your existing SIP infrastructure. The recording process requires minimal configuration on your SIP server to begin sending duplicated media streams to our recording platform.
