Communications

The communications screen on the Focus portal will the main page used for interacting with any of your data. This page gives you access to the powerful and intuitive Focus search, quick access to your latest communications, playlists, saved search and much more.

The Communications screen allows you download individual or muiltple recodings directly from the Focus portal. Due to data protection only certain roles have the ability to locally download recordings from the Focus portal (see People - Staff for more information on permissions).
