Audit screen

The Audit screen allows you, to see all actions a user has taken from within the portal. On what page and if they were successful or not.

To navigate to this screen as an appropriatly privledged role. 1 - Admin 2 - Endpoint

1 - Here you can use the search bar to filter events within a certain time frame, as well as filtering by Audit Route. Audit Route allows you to dial in on a specific path type, the list is pre populated, just select the path(s) required and any event matches will be populated.

2 - Details of the request type method for the event.

3 - The path the method / call was used on. eg focusportal.com/example/example. For a full list of paths please review Audit Route in the search bar feature of this page.

4 - User who performed the event(s).

5 - Date and time the event took place.

6 - Description of the path / action taken

7 - IP Address user was accessing the portal from. If you need to isolate traffic access to a VPN please see the IP Restricition section on For more information, see Admin Account - IP Restrictions.

8 - Identity ID (if one exists)

9 - Entity Name - Visible in the above image this shows i used the Reporting entity for some of my requests.

10 - Response Code shows if there users request / action was successful or not.
